Event Extraction Software

TEES 2.0

The Turku Event Extraction System 2.0 is the updated version of TEES used in the BioNLP'11 Shared Task, as well as the DDI'11 (drug-drug interaction extraction) Challenge. TEES 2.0 is available at http://jbjorne.github.com/TEES/.

Old versions

TEES is the software used in the Turku BioNLP group's entry in the BioNLP'09 Shared Task, in which it was the best performing system. Some components of the software were also used in earlier work published at NODALIDA'09. The software has been enhanced for a journal extension article to appear in Computational Intelligence.

    Fixed errors in convertGenia.py, which is used for converting the BioNLP'09 Shared Task data. Thank you to Pontus Stenetorp and Martin Gerner for notifying about the issue and helping fix it.
